What is your place?

Choose the place that is yours. We will send it to your home.

Your gift: a T-shirt with your place drawn on it, sent to your home. You have until 31 January 2027 to choose.

Where you were born, where you spend your summers, where you are happy. Each one is a real place, drawn with its coordinates.

As easy as this

  1. Tap your place and choose your size.

  2. At checkout, enter your code under “Discount code or gift card”.You pay nothing: your gift includes the garment and delivery to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal or mainland France.

  3. Your place arrives at your home: T-shirts in 5 to 10 working days, sweatshirts in 7 to 12.

Would you rather have the sweatshirt?

Choose it and pay only the difference. With your card, the sweatshirt costs you about €11 more; you will see the exact amount at checkout. Hoodies are not part of this gift.

Your gift card conditions

  • It includes one T-shirt or one crew-neck sweatshirt from the collection, depending on your card, in any size, with standard delivery. You pay nothing.
  • We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal and mainland France (including Corsica). We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries: if you order with one of those addresses, we cancel the order and the amount goes back to your card. If you live outside, use a relative’s address or your office.
  • You can redeem it until 31 January 2027. After that date it stops working.
  • If you choose a garment that costs more than your card, you pay only the difference at checkout. Hoodies are not part of this gift: if you order one with the card, we cancel the order and the amount goes back to your card. Whatever is left over stays on your card until 31 January 2027.
  • Sizes and changes: you have 14 days from delivery to return it unworn; the full amount, delivery included, goes back to your card so you can order another size, even after the deadline (we extend it). Return shipping is on you, unless the garment is faulty.
  • Delivery: T-shirts in 5 to 10 working days from your order, sweatshirts in 7 to 12. Each garment is made to order: we cannot guarantee delivery before 25 December.
  • If it arrives faulty or is lost in transit, write to hola@izenabilbao.com and we replace it at no cost; if the address was wrong, we resend it once when it comes back to us (faults reported within 30 days, without sending it back; after that, under the legal guarantee).
  • The card cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash is returned for any unused balance, unless the law requires it.

Your data: we only use your name, address, email and phone to send you the garment and handle changes. Your company has not given us any of your data (it sent you the code itself), and we do not tell it what you choose: the team map is anonymous, shows only places and numbers, is not shown until at least 5 cards have been redeemed, and a place is only named if 3 or more people chose it. If you do not want to be counted on it, write to us.

Which size should I choose?

The measurements of each garment are in the size guide. If you are between two sizes, compare with a T-shirt of yours that fits you well. See the size guide

How long does it take?

Each garment is made to order. T-shirts arrive in 5 to 10 working days and sweatshirts in 7 to 12.

What if the size does not fit?

Write to hola@izenabilbao.com within 14 days of receiving it. You return it unworn and the amount goes back to your gift card, so you can order the right size (if the card has expired, we extend it). The return shipping is on you, unless the garment is faulty.

Until when can I use my card?

Until 31 January 2027. After that date the card stops working.

What is the QR code on the garment?

Each garment carries a small QR code that opens its place on the map, at the exact spot. Scan it with your phone camera, nothing to download.

What if my place is not here?

Choose the one you feel closest to: the place of your summers, your town or the one you still have to visit.

Can I send it to another address?

Yes, within mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal or mainland France. At checkout, write the address where you want to receive it.
