How it works

We draw your place
Together with you we choose the place of the gathering (a palace, a winery, a lighthouse, the city) and we draw it in one ink, with its coordinates.

You wear it
An organic cotton T-shirt or sweatshirt that people want to wear: the place on the chest, the QR on the sleeve and your brand, discreetly.

The QR opens the gathering
It opens with the phone camera. No apps or downloads.

Anyone who scans it sees it, in the street too, and it never expires: the place with its story and its map, the best of the gathering chosen by you (a 20-second video, an approved group photo and a sentence) and your signature: “A gift from [Company] to its team”.
Facing inwards · the team’s memory
Only for your people, with the code on the card. During the event: agenda, map, wifi, speakers and notices. Afterwards, within 72 hours: gallery, highlights video, a message from the management and a three-question survey. Twelve months, renewable.
Photos of people are never published without approval, and nothing internal appears in the showcase.

The service
We are your gatherings team.
- Sizes without emails: one link per gathering; we close the list and tell HR who is missing.
- Shipping: the garments arrive at the event venue, the office or each person’s home, with the code card.
- Spare garments for absences, size changes and new joiners, made to order.
- Annual planning: a meeting in January to set the year’s gatherings, with deadline reminders.
- A single contact: Sebastian, direct WhatsApp and a proposal within 48 hours.
- A quarterly report ready to show to the management.

Frequently asked questions
What we are usually asked.
Isn’t this just the usual merchandise?
No. Merchandise is handed out and ends up in a drawer. This is a garment people choose to wear, because it carries a drawn place rather than a large logo, and it also opens something: the memory of the gathering and whatever you want to tell your team.
Why not an app, or an email to all staff?
Nobody installs an app for an event, and apps get deleted. The QR opens with the phone camera, with no apps or downloads. Email is fine for day-to-day matters, but it gets lost among a hundred messages and never leaves the company. The garment is worn for years, also reaches people without a company email and shows your company to the world.
What if someone scans it in the street and sees photos of the team?
They cannot. From outside you only see the showcase you choose: the place, the best of the gathering and your signature. Everything else sits behind a code only the team has, and it is encrypted: without the code it cannot be read. If someone asks for a photo to be removed, it is removed within 48 hours. Everything is hosted on our website, with a GDPR-compliant provider, and the pages do not appear on Google.
Who does the work, and how long does it last?
We do. You send us the logo, agenda, message and photos; we draw, produce, ship and upload everything within 72 hours. The showcase never expires; the team area lasts 12 months and can be renewed. With an annual plan, each new gathering includes its place and its page.
Do people have to wear the garment to use it?
Not at all. The first scan, at the event, saves the page on the phone with one tap, and the card that comes with the garment also carries the QR. The garment is the key the first time, the reminder every time you put it on and the showcase to the world, every day.
And next year?
A new gathering, a new place, a new garment. With an annual plan, every garment opens the archive with all your gatherings.
