Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Write to hola@izenabilbao.com with your order number.

We don’t do direct exchanges: you request the return and place a new order in the size you want. It arrives sooner that way.

Only in the Kuadrilla: every time someone scans the QR on your sweatshirt, it adds up. The more you wear it, the more it gives you. Details are published when Kuadrilla 01 opens.

Twelve numbered sweatshirts, one per person, with the coordinates of a place on the front and your number and your QR on the back. There are only 12 places.

Booking opens on 9 November and delivery is in early December. Inside the box: your numbered sweatshirt with your name on the label, a surprise garment, a numbered and signed card and access to the Kuadrilla.
