Twelve people. A kuadrilla you belong to. Like a cuadrilla here in the Basque Country: a group that shares a place only they know.

How it works

    You book your place

    You choose your number, your size and the name that goes on your label. You pay when you book.

  2. 02

    Made for you

    When booking closes, all 12 are made at once, each with its number and your name on the inside label. Never more than 12.

  3. 03

    Your box arrives

    Delivery in early December, with your numbered, signed card and a surprise garment inside the box. Scan the QR on your back and step into your Kuadrilla.

What is the sweatshirt like?
Navy blue oversize sweatshirt, 350 g, organic cotton, with the coordinates of a place on the front, the IZENA logo on the front and, on the back, “KUADRILLA 01”, your QR and your number. Your name goes on the inside label.
What exactly do I get?
Your numbered sweatshirt (01 to 12), with your name on the label; a surprise garment inside the box; and your numbered card, signed by Ainara and Sebastian, in white tissue paper with a green pin sticker. Delivery in early December.
Which size should I choose?
Oversize fit. If you want it less roomy, order one size down. There are S, M, L, XL and 2XL; check the size guide or write to us before booking. The surprise garment has its own size.
What is “Name for your label”?
Up to 12 letters, no numbers or symbols. It is printed on the inside label of your sweatshirt, next to your number.
Can I choose my number?
Yes, from 01 to 12. Each number is sold only once.
When will it arrive?
Delivery in early December. Booking is open until 15 November or until all 12 are taken; when it closes, all 12 are made at once and we write to you at every step.
What if the 12 are not filled?
It is made anyway. We make exactly the ones that were booked, numbered out of 12. Free numbers do not reopen.
Where do you ship?
Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the European Union (except the Azores and Madeira) and the USA. Shipping is free to Spain and the EU; to the USA it costs €8.95. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Can I change my size?
Yes, until it goes into production: write to hola@izenabilbao.com with your order number.
Can I return it?
It is a personalised garment with your name and your number; if it arrives with a manufacturing defect, we replace it with the same number or refund you.
What do you do with my data?
We use it for your order and for the kuadrilla emails. Your name and town only appear on the list if you tick the box, and we remove them whenever you ask at hola@izenabilbao.com. Privacy policy.
What is Kuadrilla 01 for good?
Whoever books one of the 12 numbers gets priority in future editions, for good.
